First Door – Body This is where we start our journey in Women’s Way and we never leave it, since we find it important to have in-the-body understanding and not just a mental understanding. First is opening to the body as such, through movement, breathing, through the feelings, grounding yourself in this body, on this earth. Opening to the mystery that you are through the body is the practice of embodied spirituality. Learning to listen to your body’s intelligence, and knowing what to do about it is also of importance. Many women need to heal the connection to this body, starting by the love to the body. This body that can bear life, but can foremost support us to give birth to ourselves. Without the body we cannot truly experience what we really feel and who we really are.    Här börjar vi vår resa i Women´s Way och vi lämnar den aldrig, då utbildningen bygger på en in-i-kroppen förståelse och inte bara på mental kunskap. Först öppnar du upp för kroppen som den är, genom rörelse, andning och känslor. Du utforskar det mysterie du är genom kroppen och realiserar att kroppen är nödvändig för en förkroppsligad spiritualitet. Du grundar dig själv i kroppen, på denna planet. Du lär dig lyssna till kroppens intelligens och den visdom som talar genom dig. Många kvinnor behöver dessutom läka kontakten till sin kropp, att börja älska den och värna om den. Kroppen kan bära liv, och kan även ge stöd i att föda sig själv. Utan denna kropp kan vi inte helt och fullt uppleva vad vi känner och vilka vi verkligen är   Second Door - Relating & Sexuality The door we are entering through now can be very challenging for many people in their daily lives. For women relating is a very big theme, since many of us find our identity through our relationships. This is where we might need to learn to stand at our own side, especially if we make other people more important than ourselves, loving them more than we love ourselves. Here you are building a strong relationship to yourself and also honouring the relationships you have/will have in your life. We explore the dance of our feminine and masculine polarities and what happens in the meeting of these two polarities. A part of this weekend we consecrate to the divine gift of sexuality through a woman’s body, trusting this life-force and enjoying it as the blessing it is.      Dörren vi går igenom nu är en utmaning för många människor. För kvinnor är relaterande ett viktigt tema då många av oss finner vår identitet genom våra relationer. Vad vi ofta behöver lära oss är att stå i vårt eget fundament, speciellt när vi väljer att andra människor är viktigare än oss själva, älskar dem mer än vad vi älskar oss själva. Här bygger du en stark relation till dig själv och hedrar även de relationer du har/kommer att ha i ditt liv. Vi utforskar dansen mellan den feminina och maskulina polariteten och vad som sker i mötet mellan dessa två. Vi utforskar sexualiteten som den gåva den är och skapar tillit till vår livskraft.   Third Door – Empowerment   Female empowerment is the theme of this four-day weekend, an invitation to express and enjoy your power, integrity, and learning to set healthy boundaries. Fear is hindering us to be powerful as women and now the time has come where we learn to build safety around us so that our power can shine in our lives again. Many of us have explored power in a more masculine way, how does the feminine power express itself? A strong journey through your body reclaiming your integrity, your inner lioness to teach you when you mean yes/and when you mean no. It is about putting yourself right and the world will answer in a right way. This is saying yes to success in your life, to let the fire of your power win you back and to become the queen that you are.   Denna fyradagars helg är temat en inbjudan att uttrycka, stärka och njuta av din kraft, din integritet samt lära dig att sätta sunda gränser. Rädsla hindrar oss att vara kraftfulla och nu är tiden inne för att bygga trygghet inom oss så att vår kraft kan skina i våra liv. Många av oss har utforskat kraft i en mera maskulin form, hur uttrycker sig den kvinnliga kraften? Detta är en stark resa genom kroppen där du återtar din integritet och din inre lejoninna som vet när du menar ja och när du menar nej. När vi utstrålar sann integritet svarar världen an på den energin. Denna tredje dörr du passerar nu handlar även om att säga ja till framgång och succé i ditt liv och att bli den drottning du är menad att vara.   Fourth Door – Love & Devotion   The heart is unconditional love and total wisdom, but also the seat of devotion. The heart is always calling us to come home, to move from the head to the knowing of the heart, where truth abides. Love is unity, true intimacy; when we love deeply there is contentment, peace. The heart is also like an electrical transformator that can transform you and any emotion. If love was to win in your life what would it do, who would you be? And how would you live if you treated yourself from the position of unconditional love and wisdom? These are some of the questions that will be in focus. Devotional practices will also deepen the work this weekend and make you enjoy new realms of love, like grace and bliss.    Hjärtat är villkorslös kärlek, fullständig visdom och medkänslans säte. Hjärtat kallar oss alltid hem, om vi vill, från huvudet till hjärtats visdom, där sanningen är och förblir. Kärleken är enhetlighet, sann intimitet; när vi älskar djupt och hängivet vilar vi i belåtenhet, frid. Hjärtat är också som en elektrisk omvandlare som kan transformera dig och vilka känslor som helst. Om kärleken fick vinna i ditt liv, vad skulle den göra, vem skulle du vara? Och hur skulle du leva om du behandlade dig själv utifrån villkorslös kärlek och visdom? Detta är några av de frågor som kommer att vara i fokus. Genom övningar i medkänsla och hängivenhet djupnar vi i vårt arbete denna helg och öppnar för känslor såsom nåd och lycksalighet.

Fifth Door – Creativity   In this weekend we will allow divine inspiration to open us to our creativity in the form of music, dancing, singing, writing poetry, painting and whatever way creativity wants to express itself through us. Nothing will stop us and be prepared for an explosion of creative joy.   Under denna helg öppnar för vårt kreativa uttryck genom musik, dans, sång, poesi, måleri och vadhelst kreativiteten vill uttrycka genom oss. Ingenting stoppar oss och var beredd på en explosion av kreativ glädje.   Sixth Door – Intuition   Here we open the door to our inner seeing, to intuition and the guidance of our inner voice. You will learn how to open yourself to the big bank of consciousness, where all the past, present and future knowing is kept. We explore metaphysical healing and metaphysical reading, as well as chakra reading and healing. We are in other words exploring the sixth sense, the mystery and the unseen, gifts that all of us carry, but not always are in connection with. Now is the time for these mysterious gifts to emerge and be lived…    Här öppnar vi oss för vårt inre seende, till intuitionen, vårt sjätte sinne och bjuder in vägledning från vår inre röst. Alla är bärare av osynliga gåvor och denna dörr handlar om att lära känna och uttrycka dessa gåvor. Du lär dig att kontakta den större medvetenheten, där all tidigare, nuvarande och framtida kunskap finns. Vi utforskar healing och att kunna uppfatta och läsa mer subtila energier.       Seventh Door – Goddess You are a woman, but you are also a goddess, meaning that you have come here through a body in this lifetime, but who are you really, apart from this body? What is this untouched, indescribable essence that seems to use this body as its instrument? Even though we all seem to come from the same source, being a goddess/essence in a body still has a unique flavour to it. From this position we dive into the laws of manifestation, learning ways to create what we long for. This and more we will explore this last weekend opening the door to Goddesshood, inviting your divine being to come and play and merge with you.     Du är en kvinna, men du är  även en Gudinna.  Du har kommit hit i denna livstid, i denna kropp, men vem är du utöver denna kropp? Vad är orört, den obeskrivbara essens som använder denna kropp som sitt instrument? Även om vi alla tycks komma från samma ursprung har alla sitt alldeles egna unika uttryck när vi kommer i kontakt med Gudinnan/essensen inom oss.  Denna helg studerar vi även manifestationens lagar, där vi lär oss vägar att skapa det vi längtar efter.
